A mini-split is an outdoor unit tied to one or more indoor heads by a small refrigerant line. There is no ductwork, so it fits where central air can't: a room addition, a finished basement, a bonus room over the garage, or an older house that never had ducts.

Each head has its own thermostat, so the bedroom can run cool while the office stays warm. The units run quietly and efficiently, and the filters in each head help clean the air. We install them, repair them and keep them maintained.
